Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 72 hours will result in forfeiture of deposit. No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment will be charged a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Clients that are more than 15 minutes late to the scheduled appointment will be considered a no-show. Clients who no-show more than three times within a six month period will be banned from booking.
